MY BUSINESS AT A GLANCE
Here’s what’s happening
CREATE A MANUAL ORDER
Create an order yourself when a customer calls, texts, emails, or books outside the portal.
NEEDS TO BE DONE TODAY
Daily owner work that should be handled next.
NEEDS MY ATTENTION
Problems, blockers, and replies that need a decision.
MY UPCOMING CONFIRMED & BOOKED ORDERS
Confirmed future work only. Requests and drafts do not belong here.
MY EARNINGS AND COSTS
NOT A TO-DO LIST
Nothing here is fixed or moved for you. Open whichever one you want to deal with.

WHAT TO MAKE
Everything due today, in the order it has to be started. Amounts are what this order was sold with, frozen when it was confirmed.

Events
Team schedule
Who is working, and when.
SHOPPING
Orders to shop for
One order, one list. Orders falling on the same day are one outing — open each list in turn.
PRICING & CAPACITY
Business settings
Choose when a change begins. Existing quotes and orders keep the amounts they already had.
Customer Terms
What a customer agrees to when they accept a quote. Each customer keeps a copy of the wording that was showing when they accepted.
Delivery Pricing
What a delivery costs the customer, by how far it is. Below this, what driving costs you.
Unavailable dates
Block a day or a range from new orders. The reason is yours; the customer only sees the message.
Units of measure
The units recipes and supplier prices are measured in. Units that measure the same thing convert automatically, so a price in ounces covers a recipe in grams. A unit describes an amount — packaging like “case” or “tub” belongs in the package description instead.
Ingredient categories
How ingredients and supplies are grouped. Move the ingredients out before turning a category off.
Role Creation
The jobs somebody can be put on. Each one belongs to the kitchen, a delivery, an event, or the shopping.
